Fujian Hefeng Food Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology-oriented enterprise specializing in the fine processing of aquatic seasoning food and the research and development of marine bio-technology products, including fish skin collagen peptide series, bonito peptide, and fish liver oil series. It is the parent company of Zhangpu Fengziya Food Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise with over 20 years of experience in the research and production of health food. As a benchmark enterprise in China for the production of bonito and its processed products, the company serves as a base for the transformation of research achievements in the processing of distinctive marine products and their nutritional and health applications between Fujian and Taiwan.
With a total investment of 300 million yuan, Fujian Hefeng Food Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, covering an area of 55,000 square meters, with a building area of 36,000 square meters. The facility is a modern and aesthetically designed factory. Equipped with HACCP-standard aquatic product processing workshops and a 20,000-ton cold storage facility, the company currently operates three internationally advanced intelligent and automated vacuum freeze-drying production lines, automated hot air drying production lines, and two 100,000 level GMP production and packaging workshops . Furthermore, the company possesses two food standard testing centers and a research and development team comprising of Ph.D. and master’s researchers. It has obtained 50 patents and collaborates with multiple national research institutions and universities. In terms of talent, equipment, process innovation, new product development, and management, the company adheres to international standardization and has been certified with FSSC22000, HACCP, and ISO22000, as well as participating in the drafting of national food standards. The company has received numerous honors, including being recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a provincial-level key leading agricultural industrialization enterprise, a provincial-level technology-oriented enterprise, and a provincial-level technology leader enterprise among other prestigious distinctions. The company also collaborates with several national-level research institutions and serves as a demonstration site for food safety creation.
